ABOUT ME
A Bit About HD Chiropractic
From a very young age, I have owned and ridden horses, loving every aspect about the sport.
My main focus is predominantly eventing, however I also campaigned and rode young dressage horses as well. As an owner and rider, I wanted to make sure that my horses and I were in peak physical condition to be able to perform at the best of our abilities.
I initially started going to a Chiropractor as riding many horses a day took a toll on my lower back. However, I noticed that after I was adjusted I was able to move more freely and also felt more balanced in the saddle. I then asked whether Chiropractic would benefit the performances of my horses and also noticed similar changes in their movement.
Whilst I was completing my Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Neuroscience and Physiology at the University of Adelaide, I was also working as a Chiropractic Assistant which sparked and grew my love and passion for Chiropractic as I was able to see first hand, the impact we can have on peoples lives.
After moving to New Zealand and studying at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic I knew I had made the right decision in terms of career, as getting to be a part of their journey to recovery and helping people to achieve their goals was so rewarding.
In addition to my BChiro, I have taken veterinary Chiropractic courses to further my knowledge and education in canine and equine anatomy, biomechanics and neurology.

Through Chiropractic, I endeavour to help horses, dogs, and people achieve their goals and perform to the best of their ability.
